What are PiggyPoints?
PiggyPoints are the rewards currency on Pigsback.com.
How do I earn PiggyPoints?
As a member you earn PiggyPoints for interacting with the site. Some of the ways you earn PiggyPoints include winning a competition, entering a quiz, viewing a featured offer, shopping with one of our many partners, completing a survey or registering with a partner site or newsletter.
When you receive your earned PiggyPoints varies from offer to offer, and competition to competition, as does the amount you'll receive. Our client offers will have details of when you will receive your PiggyPoints, usually seen in the Terms and Conditions section, at the bottom of the page.
Community PiggyPoints will be credited to your PiggyBank within 24 hours. An example would be viewing a featured offer which has PiggyPoints attached. These features will be highlighted by a PiggyPoint indicator. This indicator will also show the number of PiggyPoints you'll earn.
All members have their own PiggyBanks which lists the PiggyPoints you have earned by date, name, type and value. It also shows any PiggyPoints which are debited from your account, for example by staking PiggyPoints in a Jackpot Pool or by cashing them in for Rewards.
Do PiggyPoints expire?
Yes. However PiggyPoints will not expire on an active account. An inactive account is deemed to be one which is not visited for a period of six continuous months. The amount of PiggyPoints you have in your account and the number due to expire is listed at the top of your Homepage.
What happens if I don't receive my PiggyPoints?
Firstly check the offer page terms and conditions to make sure that you have waited the advertised time. Some offers don't have regular pages so check the FAQs or Terms and Conditions in the zone the offer is in for details.
If you don't receive PiggyPoints that you were expecting then please do not hesitate to contact membersupport@pigsback.com with as much information about your query as possible and the team will respond within 24 hours.
Why can it take so long to receive some of my PiggyPoints?
In some situations where you have purchased from our partners we have to wait for that partner to return a list to us of confirmed purchases by Pigsback.com members. This can sometimes take up to 6 weeks.
How can Pigsback.com improve this?
We understand that not everybody enjoys reading the fine print on our offer pages so with that in mind we have set about doing the following things to improve the situation.

1) We will send you a simple monthly statement of earnings each month only if you've earned PiggyPoints the previous month |

2) We are putting to a simple single page on the site in the next few weeks which will list all our partners and the timeframe within which you should expect your PiggyPoints

3) We are putting an announcement section on our homepage and FAQ page which will update you if we have any delays in receiving lists from any of our partners
|
|
4) For partners where it is possible we will introduce a PiggyPoints Pending bank similar to your PiggyBank which will allow you to see when you can expect your PiggyPoints to be credited to your PiggyBank

How do I spend my PiggyPoints?
When you've earned enough PiggyPoints you can spend them on one of our many Rewards. Just visit our Rewards Catalogue and follow the steps listed to order. You can also stake PiggyPoints in our Jackpot Pools.
