  • Yoga-meets-mountains: There are few alpine hotels where you can carve up the corduroy in the morning and polish your chaturanga in the afternoon, but at the Traumhotel Alpina the emphasis is on moving your body whichever way you like – be it yoga, skiing, mountain biking or hiking.

  • Wonderful wellness facilities: The hotel boasts an impressive spa with an indoor pool, steam bath, a new sauna and gym, plus a yoga area where you can learn how to balance body, mind and spirit. You could also take a dip in the natural bathing pond for a refreshing way to connect with nature. This beautifully designed water area is perfect for sunbathing, offering jetties and natural spaces for wildlife regeneration.

  • Traditional dining: When you've finished working up a sweat, the hotel’s restaurant can help you replenish with nourishing Ayurvedic cuisine from its Tyrolean kitchen. Serving an impressive array of fine wines from around the world, the gourmet lounge also invites you to relax and unwind in style.
