The hotel is a short bus ride - about 20 minutes - a 25-minute walk or 15-minute taxi from Manchester Picadilly Station. From London, the train will take roughly two and a half hours.

Upon check-in, an authorisation request will be placed on your credit or debit card in an amount equal to the cost of the room, tax and £25 per night for incidental charges for the length of your stay (up to seven nights). If your stay exceeds seven nights, an additional authorisation may be requested for the entire amount of your stay (room, tax and incidentals). Upon check-out, your payment card will be charged for the actual amount incurred during your stay.

From 1 April 2023, Manchester City Centre hotels will operate a £1 mandatory levy charge per room sold, per night.
